The Logan County Art League presents their 18th annual juried art festival, Art on the Beach, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 27, at Indian State Park at Old Field Beach, Lakeview.
At Art on the Beach, attendees will find artists working in oils, watercolors, acrylics, printmaking, graphite and mixed media featuring a wide range of subjects. Admission and parking are free.
Festival-goers will also find fine crafts such as wood carvers, wood turning, photographers, driftwood creations, stained glass and hand-painted carved gourds.
Among other offerings are repurposed clothing and other clothing; welded garden art; as well as nature-based sculpture from cement and clay, vintage silver jewelry and handmade gemstone jewelry.
“Truly there is something for every interest,” Art League members said. “Please come out to a great celebration of visual arts! Enjoy a day at the beach. Drive in, boat in, walk in or swim.”
Food vendors will be selling all types of foods and drinks on site as well.
