Good evening to our Chronicle subscribers!
Were you among the many folks who stopped over at Papa Johns on their lunch break today for a free slice of pizza? The new Bellefontaine restaurant hosted its grand opening celebration and ribbon cutting with the Logan County Chamber of Commerce after several months of preparations. The 2129 S. Main St., Suite 110, location plans to be open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week.
Franchisee owner Nadeem Bajwa, CEO of Bajco Group, was originally a delivery driver for Papa Johns when he moved to Indiana in 1991 and attended Indiana Tech. Now he owns more than 270 Papa Johns locations in 12 states around North America. He’s thrilled for the new location in Bellefontaine!
Read more about Nadeem, his staff and the new pizza place in an upcoming edition of the Logan County Chronicle!

Speaking of which, it’s almost the end of the week, which means it’s paper day on Friday! Don’t miss this week’s Nov. 6 issue…which features our local election wrap-up and a special section for Veterans Day.
Coming up this weekend, several Logan County cross country teams will be sending their athletes to the OHSAA State Cross Country Championships. Be sure to catch up on the details from our Sports Editor Preston Shields:
We’re also sending our congratulations out to Head Coach Bryce Hodge and the Riverside football team! Coach Hodge was named the Three Riverside Conference Coach of the Year and a number of players were honored on the All-TRC team as well.
Hope you have a nice evening! Thanks so much for your support,
Mandy Loehr
