Officials from River Radio reported Thursday afternoon, July 30, that the annual music festival Rock the Lake at Old Field Beach has been canceled for Saturday, Aug. 1.

“Due to inclement and potentially dangerous weather forecasted for Saturday we have made the difficult decision to cancel Rock the Lake,” representatives from the radio station said.

“This event will not be rescheduled in 2026. Thank you for your understanding.

“If you purchased VIP tickets and/or VIP parking, you will receive communication about refunds via email.
