At urgent care, you're often meeting a provider for the first time, with no history and no established relationship.

With CHWP as your medical home, walk-in visits are with people who know your health history, your medications, your ongoing health concerns, and have your complete medical record at hand. They understand the bigger picture of your health, not just the symptoms you’re experiencing today.

Walk-In Care, No Appointment Needed

Current CHWP patients can walk in Monday through Friday, 8 to 11 a.m., at our Bellefontaine and West Liberty locations, no appointment necessary. Same-day appointments may also be available by calling 937-599-1411.

Sore throat, earache, cough, fever, rash, upset stomach, urinary tract infection, allergy symptoms, or a minor injury; your CHWP healthcare team is ready to help. Students, faculty, staff, and household family members in participating school districts can also receive walk-in care at CHWP School-Based Health Centers during school hours.
