You could start with the numbers. Over 15,000 people. At least 135 craft vendors, 12 to 15 food trucks and about a dozen local nonprofit volunteer organizations.
But that’s just the start of all the annual Indian Lake State Park Fall Festival has to offer. Considering how much it has going on, it’s a good thing you’ll have three days to check it out.
This year’s event begins on Friday, Sept. 25, and runs through Sunday, Sept. 27. Hours are 4-7 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Saturday, and 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Sunday.
With its family-friendly atmosphere and wide range of vendors and entertainment, the festival aims to draw attendees into an autumn atmosphere regardless of the weather. And for many it’s a harbinger of the holiday season just around the corner.
