Lewistown— The Indian Lake Lakers continued their strong start to the season Tuesday evening, sweeping Graham at home in a dominant performance from both the junior varsity and varsity squads.

The Indian Lake JV squad opened the evening with a convincing two-set victory, taking down the Falcons 25-12, 25-8.

Claire Tidwell led the Lakers offensively with eight kills while also recording six digs. Piper Robinson added five kills, while Taylor Duff and Haileigh Penix each contributed three kills. Penix also recorded a block.

Lux Kipker helped orchestrate the Indian Lake attack with 14 assists and 10 digs, while Audra Harford added three kills and three aces. Ayla Brentlinger chipped in six digs as the Lakers controlled the match from start to finish.

The varsity squad followed with an equally impressive performance, sweeping Graham in straight sets 25-9, 25-18, 25-7.

Cami Bailey paced the Lakers with 10 kills, two blocks, eight digs and three aces, providing a balanced performance on both sides of the net. Courtney Alstaetter added seven kills and a team-high five blocks as Indian Lake consistently disrupted Graham's attack at the net.

Madison Davis also turned in a strong all-around performance with seven kills and one block. Davis was perfect from the service line, going 11-for-11 with two aces.

Mackenzie Miller added five kills and 10 digs while also posting a perfect 24-for-24 serving performance with one ace.

Piper Warnecke contributed five digs, while Addyson Roby directed the offense with 30 assists. Roby also added two kills, one block, two aces and four digs in the victory.

With the sweep, Indian Lake carries its momentum into the second half of the week. The Lakers will hit the road Thursday for a matchup against Shawnee, looking to build on Tuesday's convincing home victory.
