The Logan County Libraries is preparing for a special celebration next month to mark its 125th anniversary serving an integral part of the local community.

Area residents are invited to attend the anniversary event, set for Wednesday, May 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Knowlton Library, located at 220 N. Main St., Bellefontaine.

This is a great milestone for our public library and for the Logan County community. We are proud of the fact that the library was chartered in 1901 and is still going strong after 125 years,” Logan County Libraries Executive Director Beverly Arlequeeuw said.

It takes great collaboration from our library trustees, administration, staff and our community to make the library such a success.
