Downtown Bellefontaine will once again transform into a bustling festival destination as Pineapple Palooza 2026 returns Saturday, June 6, beginning at 2 p.m.
Centered around the city's iconic pineapple-topped fountain, the annual celebration brings together live entertainment, food, family activities and unique attractions designed to offer something for all ages.
Festivalgoers can enjoy music and entertainment throughout the day, including performances by John Whitehead and Pete Moss beginning at 6 p.m. The evening will conclude with a main stage concert featuring The Indoorfins at 8:30 p.m.
In addition to live music, attendees will find a variety of food trucks, local dining options, a beer garden, vendor row, and the Lil’ Pineapple Kids Market. Visitors can also purchase custom event T-shirts printed on-site.
Several pineapple-themed contests are scheduled throughout the day, including a Pineapple Eating Contest, Best Dressed Contest, and Lil’ Pineapple Pageants.
Signature Attractions
Organizers said Pineapple Palooza aims to offer more than a traditional street festival.
Featured attractions include:
A zipline running down Main Street;
Horseback rides;
Bounce houses and obstacle courses;
A petting zoo;
Balloon artists;
Family games and activities;
A robotics demonstration; and
Live professional wrestling from 4 to 6 p.m.

Admission to Pineapple Palooza is free. While many activities are available at no cost, premium attractions require activity tickets.
An All-Inclusive Activity Pass is available for $15, with zipline access offered as an additional $15 upgrade or available for separate purchase.
