The Logan County Fair will once again celebrate local talent, craftsmanship and agricultural excellence as the 2026 Open Class contests get underway during the next week.
Residents from Logan County and neighboring counties with reciprocal fair agreements are invited to compete across quilting, needlework, fine arts, agriculture, photography, home goods, floraculture and specialty food divisions.
Below is a breakdown of Open Class contest dates and times:
Friday, July 10 – Quilting and needlework judging takes place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday, July 11 - Fine Arts Judging begins at 10 a.m.; Antiques, Crafts & Collectibles Judging is at 5 p.m.; Agriculture Farm & Garden Produce Judging, 6 p.m.; Agriculture Canned Goods Judging starts at 7 p.m.
Sunday, July 12 - Photography Judging starts at 12:30 p.m.; followed by Antiques, Crafts & Collectibles Judging at 3 p.m.
Monday, July 13 - Features flower show 1 judging at 12:30 p.m.
Tuesday, July 14 - Kicks off at 9:30 a.m. with Home Goods Judging (Cakes, Cookies, Candies, Specialty Items, Baking Made Healthier).

Wednesday, July 15 – Activities kick off 9:30 a.m. for Home Goods Youth & Adult Pie Judging, followed by the Home Goods Auction at 6 p.m.
Friday, July 17 - Flower show 2 judging begins at 12:30 p.m.
Saturday, July 18 – Open class contests finish off in tasty fashion, with Chili Judging at 11:30 a.m., followed by Adult Specialty Cake Judging at 12:30 p.m. and Ice Cream Judging at 1 p.m.
Sunday, July 19 – All items are released and premium pickup takes place at the fair office between 1 to 3 p.m
