Robert “Bob” R. Fain, 65, of Bellefontaine, OH, passed away Thursday night, February 5, 2026, at Kenton Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Robert was born on November 28, 1960, in Springfield, OH, a son of the late Richard R. and Darlene M (Evilsizor) Fain. He was preceded in death by a grandson, Billy Robinson, and a sister, Ronda Monroe.

Bob married Vickie L. Robinson on October 25, 1997, in Lakeview, and she survives. He is also survived by five children, Matthew Fain of Phoenix, AZ, Joseph Robinson, Angela Robinson, and Bobbi Robinson, all of Bellefontaine, and Amanda (Sean) Corcoran of Huntsville, OH, eleven grandchildren, Tyler Robinson, Preston Robinson, Jessie Robinson, Evinn Ramos, Jordan Holycross, Masyn Robinson, Jay Robinson, Annika Robinson, Colten Corcoran, Cooper Corcoran, and Cora Corcoran, 18 great grandchildren, a great-great grandson, a brother, Tim (Heidi) Fain, a sister, Tammy (John Keeton) Fain, several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and his special fur baby, Max.

Bob was a 1979 graduate of Urbana High School. He was a skilled carpenter by trade and retired from Thomas and Marker Construction Company in Bellefontaine. Bob was a member of Indian Lake Moose #1533, and Indian Lake Eagles Aeries #3615. He was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and enjoyed boating.

A celebration of Bob’s life will be scheduled at a later date.
