Calvary Christian celebrated Senior Night in memorable fashion Thursday, earning a 3-1 boys soccer victory over Spencerville behind goals from two seniors and a strong all-around team performance.

The Spartans found the back of the net three times, with senior Brett Gildow, junior Cale Buchenroth and senior Ransom Lambert each scoring to lead Calvary Christian to the victory. Junior Aiden Keller also contributed an assist.

The win made for an especially meaningful occasion for the Spartans, as Gildow and Lambert both scored on a night dedicated to honoring the team's senior class. Their goals provided a fitting highlight to the celebration while helping Calvary Christian secure the victory on its home field.

Calvary Christian also recognized seniors Lambert, Gildow and Zack Hart for their contributions to the program. Their leadership, commitment and dedication have helped shape the team, making the occasion an opportunity to celebrate their impact beyond the scoreboard.

With three different goal scorers contributing to the attack, the Spartans delivered a balanced offensive effort to close out the Senior Night matchup on a high note.

The 3-1 result gave Calvary Christian another victory to celebrate while allowing the program to honor three seniors who have played an important role in its continued development.
