DE GRAFF, Ohio — The rumble of motorcycles and the roar of race cars will come together Saturday, July 11, as Shady Bowl Speedway hosts its annual Harley-Davidson Night, featuring a full evening of short-track racing and family-friendly entertainment

The special event is scheduled to showcase five racing divisions, including Modifieds, Street Stocks, Thunder Cars, Compacts, and Vintage American Race Cars (VARC), providing fans with a diverse lineup of competition on the historic half-mile oval.

Harley-Davidson Night has become one of the speedway's signature summer attractions, celebrating motorcycle culture while highlighting the grassroots racing traditions that have made Shady Bowl one of Ohio's most recognizable short tracks. The event is expected to draw both motorcycle enthusiasts and race fans from across western Ohio and neighboring states.

Pit gates are scheduled to open at 2 p.m., with grandstand gates opening at 4 p.m. Racing activities and qualifying are expected to begin later in the evening as teams battle for victories in their respective divisions.

The night's racing card will be headlined by the powerful Modified division, featuring some of the region's top drivers. Fans will also have the opportunity to see the door-to-door action of the Street Stocks and Thunder Cars, the affordable and highly competitive Compact class, and the nostalgic appearance of the Vintage American Race Cars.

Speedway officials encourage motorcycle riders to bring their bikes and enjoy an evening that combines two forms of American motorsports passion. Whether arriving on two wheels or four, spectators can expect close racing, a festive atmosphere and a celebration of performance machines of all kinds. While Harley-Davidson Night spotlights motorcycle enthusiasts, the focus remains on exciting on-track competition featuring some of the area's best short-track racers.

General admission prices for the 2026 season are listed at $15 for adults, $10 for seniors ages 65 and older and children ages 8-15, while children ages 7 and younger are admitted free with a paying adult.

For race fans looking for a mid-summer motorsports experience, Harley-Davidson Night offers a unique blend of chrome, horsepower and hometown racing under the lights at Shady Bowl Speedway.
