Three members of the Bellefontaine High School girls tennis team earned recognition for their performances during the 2026 season at the Miami Valley Tennis Coaches’ Association Awards Ceremony on Tuesday evening at Beavercreek High School.
Sophomore Mia Brown led the Lady Chiefs’ honorees by earning Second Team All-District recognition. Classmate Rylee Crabtree also received postseason recognition, earning Honorable Mention All-District honors. Senior Olivia Warye rounded out the group with Academic All-District recognition, highlighting her achievements in the classroom.
The three awards provide a strong representation of Bellefontaine’s program, recognizing both athletic performance and academic achievement. Brown and Crabtree were honored for their contributions on the court, while Warye’s selection acknowledged her academic accomplishments as she concludes her high school tennis career.

Bellefontaine put together a competitive season against a challenging Division II field, finishing 10th in the final Division II coaches poll. The ranking reflects the Lady Chiefs’ standing among the area’s top programs and adds to the significance of the individual honors earned by the three players.
Under head coach Tom Rose, Bellefontaine continued to represent its program in district competition, with Brown, Crabtree and Warye each earning recognition for their respective accomplishments.
The awards ceremony at Beavercreek High School brought together the Miami Valley’s tennis community to recognize players for their efforts throughout the season. For Bellefontaine, the evening provided an opportunity to celebrate three athletes whose contributions helped represent the Lady Chiefs’ program.
